CNC-compound rest

Many curve-steered multispindle automatic turning machines can be converted with a CNC-compund rest to reach such a high economic efficiency and manufaturing flexibility. Besides only the stations on CNC are moved where these CNC-slides are inserted. This upgrate allows a very economic rebuilding to a high work piece form variety and the production of very complicated parts. Also the turn of threads are so feasible. Our CNC-slides show all one rolling guide with a high guide ratio, locking air gasket, oil air lubrication and a high stiffness.

The impulse about three-phase current servo-motor toothed belt drive and ball screw spindle is purely electromechanical. The toothed belt core is completely sealed and provided with a locking air connection.
